KOA Camping?
Some of you may know that I am a outdoorise type of guy. I enjoy mountain biking as well as backpacking and camping. I'm also blessed to have a wife that enjoyes camping. becuase we enjoy this type of activity we decided to camp on our trip out to California as well as camp on the way back. We have been staying in some national parks and things like that so they are kind of primitive. Well the past couple of nights we have stayed in a KOA campsite. which by now you may have picked up that they have not just internet connection, but wireless. So i'm writing this while sitting in our tent waiting for a rain storm to blow through. This experience has taken camping for me to an all new level...now i just need to get one of those huge bus type rigs.

- I am Esther- wife, mother, missionary, and a child of God. Brian, my husband, and I have been married 6 wonderful years. We make our home in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo. Brian is serving as a maintenance specialist for Mission Aviation Fellowship and I stay at home with our two beautiful daughters, Anna (3) and Elise (11 months). Wireless internet while camping...I'm loving it! This would be a great way to get geeks camping. What about breakfast in bed, hot showers or valet parking?
Good to hear your making progress home and having fun doing it.
Kludge, i think you would like the place we are staying even more tonight, it has a heated pool!!! As for the breakfast in bed i think i could give you a granola bar while in the tent. We do also have hot showers as well. Anyway, i think it is safe to say "camping" can be nicer than some hotels.
that's pretty crazy that they have wireless there...i'd never guess.
